I’ll be your tour guide.
The links and images below are the culmination of a ten-year (AND COUNTING) career of shooting my hometown, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Day and night, season after season after season, I was out there trying to shoot from every spot imaginable. Rain, sleet, and snow, it was just me and the mailman out there. There wasn’t an event, concert or party held in downtown CR that I didn’t have my lens on for several years in a row. I’ve climbed fire escapes, elevator shafts, and socially engineered my way on to half the buildings in town. And for the longest time I’ve done a terrible job at displaying the photos that came from these adventures.
So now I introduce this page. I’ve done my best to group galleries cohesively, based on time, content or location. These new galleries should hopefully make it easier to find what you’re looking for, and maybe provide a little insight to what it took to get the shots.
For the old CR page, which is just a giant gallery of landscapes with no organization, click here.
